Welcome To Mindfulness Meditation Studio
We are a Meditation Studio located in Edgewater, New Jersey. We offer heated and unheated meditation classes. You can expect dynamic, inspiring, fun classes taught by well-trained teachers. Our fitness boutique is fully stocked with anything you need for movement along with rental equipment for class.
We always have lavender towels, smiles, intentional stories, and great music. We have strengthening classes where you can expect to sweat, strengthen and come alive, along with relaxing, restorative and restful classes where you can unwind and decompress.
You pick what you need that day!

Our Instructor
Madeleine
Madeleine is an Intuitive Embodiment Guide, Reiki Energy Healer, and a Facilitator of Holistic Breathwork in Denver, CO. Using a grounded, heart-centered approach, Madeleine creates an open container for her clients to breathe into their edges, express the unexpressed, and reunite with their wise inner being.
By offering an intuitive and compassionate approach, Madeleine creates a safe ceremonial experience that allows you to have a creative space to escape the mental chatter of the mind, drop into the body and begin to embody your deepest expression to live confidently in the fullness of your being. She uses her welcoming presence to invite whatever is living to be seen, heard, and witnessed.
